Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups chicken or meat
  • 3 tbsp miso paste (white or red or mixed)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ pound (250 g) ground meat or chicken
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (optional)
  • 2 portions fresh ramen noodles

Toppings

4–6 cooked meat slices , 2 soft-boiled eggs½ cup sweet corn1 cup bean sprouts2 green onions, chopped2 sheets nori (seaweed)

  • 1 Medium pot
  • 1 Cooking spoon
  • 1 Knife & cutting board
  • 1 Noodle pot

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  2. Add ground beef or chicken and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Reduce heat and stir in miso paste until fully combined with the meet
  4. Pour in the broth and add soy sauce. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Cook ramen noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions. Drain well.
  6. Divide noodles into bowls. Pour hot broth over them.
  7. Add toppings: pmeet slices, egg halves, corn, bean sprouts, green onions, and nori. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not boil miso at high heat to preserve its flavor.
  • You can mix white and red miso for a balanced taste.
  • Add chili oil if you prefer a spicy version.
