Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 15 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Optional Add-ins:

½ cup chocolate chips , 2 tablespoons peanut butter , Sprinkles for decoration

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Saucepan
  • Spatula or wooden spoon
  • 9×13-inch baking dish

Method
 

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Place the crispy rice cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter gently.
  4. Add the marshmallow fluff and stir continuously until smooth and fully melted.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and optional salt.
  6. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal and mix quickly until evenly coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and gently press into an even layer.
  8. Let cool for 30 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Use low heat to keep the texture soft
  • Do not over-press the mixture
  • Grease your hands or spatula to avoid sticking
  • Best enjoyed fresh within 2–3 days
